Discover Your Patterns & Begin Your Reset 90-minute private online consultation — This first session is an opportunity to take a deeper look at your unique experience of any Vestibular Disorder such as Triple PD, Vestibular Migraine, Mal de Debarquement Syndrome, Dysautonomia or even POTS. Your oppotunity here is to find the patterns that may have been keeping you feeling stuck. Together, we explore your archetype, negative life patterns and underlying belief systems, bringing awareness to the programs that may be influencing how you think, feel and respond. You will be guided through a Central Nervous System reset, using my Neuro Kinesiology approach and specially developed neural pathway protocols. I intuitively connect with each client to explore where emotional pain may be held in the body. Together, we work towards bringing awareness to and releasing deeply held patterns, pain and trauma in a safe and supportive environment. Your session may help you to: Discover your personal archetype and recurring life patterns Bring unconscious belief systems into awareness Explore what may be keeping you feeling stuck Understand your responses to stress, anxiety and overwhelm Experience a guided Central Nervous System reset Learn new ways of redirecting your conscious mind Begin creating a different relationship with your body and your experience of Triple PD and other Vestibular Disorders.
