Platinum is the most comprehensive Crown Revolutions journey, created for those who feel ready to dedicate the time and space needed to explore the deeper patterns, beliefs, triggers and experiences that may be influencing their life. Over eight sessions, we build on the foundations established in your earlier sessions, allowing you to go deeper, practice the techniques, recognise your patterns and develop greater confidence in moving forward. This isn't about rushing the process. It's about giving yourself the time and support to understand what may be happening beneath the surface. THE DEEPER WORK Explore your deeper patterns Look beyond the surface and explore recurring patterns, beliefs and behaviour's that may have been influencing your experience. Understand your subconscious programs Bring greater awareness to deeply established beliefs and patterns that may continue to influence your thoughts, emotions and responses. Recognise your loops & triggers Identify recurring cycles and develop greater awareness of what may activate familiar responses. Explore Fight, Flight & Freeze Develop a deeper understanding of your stress responses and how they may show up in your everyday life. Work with stress, anxiety & overwhelm Explore your individual experiences of stress, anxiety and overwhelm and the physical responses that can accompany them. Neural pathway techniques Continue developing your understanding and practice of the Crown Revolutions Neuro Kinesiology approach and specially developed neural pathway protocols. Emotional & body awareness Explore the relationship between your experiences, emotions, thoughts and the sensations you notice within your body. Practice & integration The longer journey gives you more opportunities to practice your tools, reflect on your experiences and build confidence using what you've learned. Between-session support You are supported between consultations throughout your Platinum journey. Complex ~ PTSD, TRAUMA & OVERWHELM. For some people, experiences involving trauma, PTSD, prolonged stress, anxiety or overwhelming life circumstances may form an important part of their personal story.
